Meet João, a physician from Brazil who is passionate about running and biking.

He recently purchased a stunning house in the heart of the Brazilian savannah, surrounded by breathtaking jungle views. With plenty of space and an attic on the third floor, João decided to transform this storage space into his very own dream home gym.

Home Gym Cycling Workouts

As João set out to create his ultimate workout sanctuary, he wanted to ensure that he had everything he needed to stay motivated and achieve his fitness goals. He was determined to create a space that would inspire him to push himself harder and enjoy his workouts even more.

He used to frequent a nearby gym when he lived in an apartment and was an avid runner and cyclist. While cycling alone, he found it difficult to trust car drivers due to a lack of security. After relocating to a house with ample space, João and his spouse decided to build a personal gym.

First, João knew that he needed to incorporate his love of cycling into his home gym. He discovered Zwift, an interactive platform that would allow him to train and challenge himself on his bike in a fun and engaging way. With Zwift, João could join virtual cycling races, ride with friends from around the world, and explore virtual landscapes that made his workouts feel more like an adventure than a chore.
